Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using AIProofMe.ai (the "Service") operated by Funovate Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AIProofMe.ai is an AI-powered career risk assessment platform that provides personalized analysis of AI-related occupational risk, upskilling recommendations, and career planning guidance. Users may make one-time purchases to access full report features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Purchases and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Because reports are generated using AI and delivered immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated. If you believe there was an error with your purchase, please contact us at hello@aiproofme.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Funovate Technology LLC and its licensors. The assessment reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use report content to train competing AI models or in any manner that violates applicable laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract model weights from the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ASSESSMENT RESULTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL CAREER OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUNOVATE TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
